I must not overthink.
Overthinking is the mind-killer.
Overthinking is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my overthinking.*
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the overthinking has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

*Maybe slightly meta.

Always happy to have another meditation in my arsenal. I find I don't get on with most of them, but am always willing to try a new one.
