Saturday Febuary 28th 2009.

Me n Kath will be getting into Manchester about 12ish, and will head down to some eatery between the city center and picadilly, where we will eat while waiting for everyone else to turn up.

Soon after that, we plan to go have a wander round some shops, specifically Afflecks, but also anything else that catches our fancy.

After this, we will head to a pub. There will likely be more food, definately some drink.

People will probably start heading off about 7, I suspect me n Kath will head of at 8 or 9.

Suggestions as to the locations of eateries #1 and #2 are welcome, as I don't know the place that well. I have a vague memory of a wetherspoons halfway between Piccadily and Afflecks, which will suffice if nothing better is suggested.

If you've not been before, I advise spending at least another half hour in Affleck's Palace after you think you've seen everything. In that time, you will find at least one whole corridor of shops you missed the first, second and third times round.

Also, why do you appear to be stealing half of Oxford?

Sadly, I have Other Obligations on Sunday morning, so I don't think I'll be able to get up and down in time.
